What are the card payment options available?
Payments on our website are made through Stripe for fast, secure and reliable service. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as debit ca cards.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology on our site, so you can be assured your order will be placed safely and securely. In order for encryption to take place, your browser must have the SSL protocol. We recommend using the most recent version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes we accept payments through PayPal. Please select the PayPal payment option at checkout.
Can I get Bodhi & Birch samples?
We currently do not offer a free sampling service. We do offer a selection of travel sizes available for purchase so you can try before committing to full sizes. You can find them here or click on the travel size icon found on the product page.
How do I use my promotional code?
To redeem a promotional code, simply enter a valid Bodhi & Birch code at the checkout page. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order and may not be used in conjunction with ongoing offers and sales. Promotional codes are only available while offer stocks last. No replacement allowed. Terms and conditions apply.
How do I find out about offers and promotions?
We offer amazing promotions through our mailing list. To sign up, please click the Newsletter Subscriptions option in your account or sign up here.
Do you offer a discount for very large or corporate orders?

Bodhi & Birch Products
Are your products natural or organic?
Bodhi & Birch products are made using natural and organic ingredients from botanical sources. Our ingredients are clearly listed on our product pages and packaging. Please contact us if you have a specific concern.
Are your products or any of the ingredients used in the products tested on animals?
No. None of our products or ingredients used are ever tested on animals. We use tried and tested botanical ingredients that have been in use by humans for centuries. Our products are also trialed and tested by a volunteer group of human testers. We stand by our policy “Tested on humans, NOT animals”.
Where can I find the full ingredients list of your products?
You can view the ingredients by clicking on the ‘Ingredients’ tab on each product page. Full ingredients lists are also clearly stated on all product box packaging.
I am a vegan and do not use honey or beeswax – can you tell me if I can use your products?
Bodhi & Birch products do not contain any honey or beeswax and are suitable for vegans with the exception of Rosa Rosa Skincare. This range contains lactoperoxidase which may be derived from milk whey enzymes.
I have a nut allergy. Are your products safe for me to use?
Some of our products contain Coconut Oil, Jojoba Nut Oil, Argan Kernel Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil and Babassu Nut Oil. Full ingredients list can be found on the product page or on our product packaging. For further details, please email us email@example.com
I am wheat intolerant – please can you tell me if it is safe for me to use your products?
All Bodhi & Birch products are free from wheat ingredients.
Are Bodhi & Birch body products suitable to use during pregnancy?
Our new Superfoods Series is essential oil free and suitable for use during pregnancy. You can shop the range here. Our products utilise essential oils for their effective therapeutic and skincare properties. It is best for you to seek information from your doctor or midwife regarding using essential oils during pregnancy. If you need advice on which products to use, you can contact us on +44 (0)1789 761396.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order please call us on +44(0)1789 761396 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Has my order been dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, and which delivery option you selected when placing your order. For full details about delivery times, please visit our Delivery & Returns page.
I haven’t received my order
Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full information regarding delivery times. If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery period has ended, then please get in touch either by phone on +44(0)1789 761396, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm or send an email to email@example.com.
How is my order packaged?
Your order is carefully packed in recycled shredded and tissue papers scented with our gorgeous Bodhi & Birch blends. Large or heavy orders are packed using biodegradable packing chips for added protection.
What should I do if I have received the wrong product?
Please get in touch either by phone on +44(0)1789 761396, Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send your replacements to you as soon as possible.
My product is faulty, what do I do?
We’re sorry if you have received a faulty product. Please get in touch by phone on +44(0)1789 761396, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm or send an email to email@example.com and we’ll send replacements to you as soon as possible. Please note we may arrange to collect the faulty goods or ask for you to provide a photograph for our own quality control investigations.
How do I update my personal details?
To update your contact details, simply log in to your account. To change, add or delete delivery addresses simply select ‘Address Book’ from the menu.
I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link and enter your email address where prompted on the log in page. We will email you a link to reset your password.
Are my personal details secure?
We never see your password and we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology so you can be assured that your details are stored safely and securely.
Does anyone else see the information that I provide?
How do I unsubscribe from newsletter e-mails?
We provide unsubscribe links in all of our mailings. You can also manage your subscription settings on our website. Simply log in to your account and click My Account > Newsletter Subscriptions or click here.

Do you offer next day UK delivery?
Yes we do. This is restricted to GB mainland only. Orders must be placed before 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm Friday are delivered on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered on Tuesday. Please see our Delivery Page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Our international deliveries are shipped using Tracked & Signed or Courier Services for reliability and security. Shipping cost and delivery times depends on service selected and the destination country. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

What can be returned to Bodhi & Birch for replacement?
Any product purchased from bodhiandbirch.com as long as it is (strictly) unused and/or unopened, and in a re-sellable condition, or is either faulty or damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
How do I arrange a return or exchange?

Refunds are arranged within 14 days of us receiving faulty/unwanted goods.
