General Information & Customs
UK Standard and Express Delivery is shipped using Royal Mail. UK Next Day is shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Depending on order value and weight, we may ship via UPS which will require a signature upon receipt.
International deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Courier Service, and all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your delivery address. If you are not home during office hours, you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address (such as your neighbour or work address) where someone is available to sign for your parcel. If you are not available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a telephone number for you make alternative delivery arrangements.
International orders may be subject to import duty or delays while going through customs. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control and the recipient of the order will be responsible for these charges. Please note customs policies and practices vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Pre-orders (for soon-to-be-launch products and items temporarily out of stock, or if our office is closed) will be despatched at a later date. Despatch dates will be announced on the Homepage.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the goods in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service. Ensure you retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please contact our Customer Service department at enlighten@bodhiandbirch.com or call +44 (0)1789 761396 before the return is made so we can make sure our warehouse is aware of its arrival and therefore minimise the time for refund.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.
Refund time
We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the debit/credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
